    Given the initiative to change the name, I propose amending the club mission to say:

    "[NEW NAME] creates opportunities for cyclists of all levels to meet, make friends, ride, explore and train together in a safe and supportive environment."

    In other words,  drop the "men and women", which in today's world is itself viewed as exclusionary.
